Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Job Description
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the often the first person in contact with the customer. It is important that the CSR be outgoing, friendly, informative, and able to establish a positive first impression with the customer. The CSR is responsible for providing superb customer service to customers throughout the vehicle repair process. Duties include, but not limited to appointment setting, office filing, report handling, customer communication and accounts payable/receivable.

Job Description
The Estimator is a key employee at Ray’s Collision Centers. Estimators are responsible for dealing with the customers in a courteous professional manner at all times. Estimators are responsible for providing a customer with an accurate estimate and capturing the sale at first point of contact. Estimators are also responsible for working with the technicians to keep the repair process running smoothly.

Body Technician

Job Description
Body Technicians restores damaged vehicles to their original structural integrity, function, and appearance. Works with a variety of metals and plastics, as well as glass, electrical, and mechanical parts. Body technicians need to be able to weld when needed. The Body Technician plays a key role at Ray’s Collision Centersfor delivering the vehicle back to the customer on time, top quality, and exceeding customer expectations.


  • Experience with sheet metal, frame, and unibody repair
  • Demonstrate ongoing commitment to broaden knowledge by continuing participation with I-CAR


  • Valid driver’s license
  • Reliable attendance
